Hospitality room

The Garden Tea Rooms also offers a Hospitality Room, that is a light and contemporary space, and designed to provide a peaceful and welcoming setting for friends and family to gather and pause.

We can accommodate groups between 8 and 30 people between 9:30am and 2:00pm, up to 50 people after 2:00pm. The room is suitable for a range of gatherings including wakes, family or community events or group meetings.

Our room also is available to hire on an hourly basis at £15.00 per hour, making it the ideal and flexible place for the community to use.

If your gathering requires catering there are a range of Hospitality packages available including a Morning Menu, an All-day Menu, or an Afternoon Tea (available for up to 24 people). The hospitality menus include 2 hours free room hire.

The Post Service Reception has been designed for those who have said goodbye to a loved one at the crematorium or a local church, but just wish to gather with family and friends for an hour to chat and reflect with Coffee, Tea and Home-made cake.
